Made from hand selected Ugni Blanc grapes grown exclusively in the 1er Cru Grande Champagne region of Cognac and then aged in French Sessile Oak Barriques, some that are decades old. Pot Still are used with some remaining from the late 1800's that results in pure elegance and one of the most exquisite XO Cognacs ever made. An exquisite blend of aged Grande Champagne Cognacs that balances elegance, complexity and a touch of boldness. Floral notes, grilled almonds and orange zest are followed by intense fruitiness (orange zest), honey, tobacco and dark cocoa.
